There is a lot of pressure on the individual who is marginalized to change to fit the expectations of the mainstream- be it school, workplace or a larger community or cultural space. We intend to change the narrative and build more inclusive communities

To create a community where people with differences are accepted, can readily access the community resources and are able to live a life they aspire to have.

To create inclusive community spaces that connect and support diversity in identities, bodies, thinking, and learning styles.

To promote awareness in society to include all such diversity in an equitable and participatory manner.

To create content accessible to families with such diverse persons.

Inclusion in Schools

If abilities are presented on a spectrum, so should the services provided to cater to those abilities. The special education services provided at a school should also be structured on a continuum ranging from full inclusion in a regular classroom to a segregated setting.

Workplace Inclusion

More inclusive hiring processes in corporates and state offices that are not limited to selecting people based on their educational qualifications and interviewing skills.

Community Inclusion

Community led cooperatives to support the educational and vocational needs of individuals who face marginalization and community spaces where people can access facilities that enable social inclusion.
