Our Story
We bring together our lived and professional experiences onto the common platform of inclusion. Each of us have witnessed the struggles and frustration that an individual, who does not meet the normative expectations, experiences in their efforts to fit into mainstream society and culture.
We do not believe in altering the individual instead we work with the community and society to enable inclusive work spaces and public spaces and create opportunities for self employment and support the lifespan requirements of every Individual.

Parul Kumtha
Parul Kumtha is the mother of Kabir, a young entrepreneur. She has assisted him to set up his venture ‘Kabir’s Kreations’ in 2018, along with two other persons with developmental disabilities.
Parul is one of the founding trustees of the support group Forum for Autism. Recently, they have come together with a group of like minded parents and counselors to set up Adult Support Kendra (A.S.K.) to address the needs of adults with developmental disabilities and autism.
Parul is also a practicing architect. Her firm Nature Nurture Architects and Planners specializes in Universal Design and Barrier free architecture. They were awarded for their work by the United Nations Global Compact Network India in 2018 and is part of Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan.
Dr Richard Rose
Richard Rose is Emeritus Professor in Inclusive Education at the University of Northampton, UK. He has previously held posts as a teacher and school principal in various parts of England. Richard has conducted research for international organisations including UNICEF, The Commonwealth Commission and various government and non-governmental organisations in many parts of the world. He has worked regularly in India since 2000 and was Principal Investigator on the largest longitudinal study into special education provision in a European country (Ireland) conducted to date. He is the author of more than 100 academic papers and 12 books addressing inclusion and children’s rights.
